1. The Parents take their children on ’’do-good’’ vacations because they want to show their children that there also are other kinds of vacations than charter travels, there are more meaningful and the can do good, and this is an important thing in life.

2. Children can ‘’ do good’’ during their vacations they give his three ten-age.

B. Commentating

I think that the idea of using a vacation to do good is very sensible, because you have a chance to actually do something for people who do not have so much money as your self. If you have been on a vacation where you just have laid on the beach all day long and comes home proud, because you have got some brawn skin... Then I would prefer to come home and tell my classmates that I have helped some Navajo, rebuilding a church. Because by lying on the beach all day long, you do not get the chance to do something for people, the only thing you get to do is to increase the chance of getting skincancer. I also think that it is very instructive for the children who go on a “do-good” vacation, because as Tony Celio said in the text “ I had to work really hard, but I liked being able to make a difference for someone else”. I think that the reason that they like it so much is that they sit by the telly all day long and there they see people who are not well, both physical and economically, and they want to do something about it, but what can they do? Nothing! But by going on a “do-good” vacation they are actually doing something about it.
