Conflict between communist and non-communist troops.It lasted from 25 June 1950 – 27 July 1953 (3 Years, 1 month and 2 days).The allied forces of World War II (The most important were England, USA and the Soviet Union) decided to divide Korea in North and South, and that was the primarily reason to why the war started.The relationship between North – and South Korea was on the edge, so North Korea made the first move, and invaded South Korea on June 25. The United Nations (FN) saw the invasion as an aggressive move, and demanded North Korea to retreat, and they also called their members to go help South Korea.Denmark offered medical support in the war, with the ship Jutlandia.Some of the main events: On September 15, 1950, Head of The United Nations made a surprise amphibious landing in *Inchon in South Korea, which allowed some of their troops to retake *Seoul. They agreed on a ceasefire July 27, but they have yet to declare peace.
