According to this article, Denmark has the best non-native speakers of English. A global survey was done on 750.000 adults from 63 countries. They found out Denmark is at the top of all countries. They other countries that came close were the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and Norway—all Nordic countries.

The survey says that Danish women speak better English than Danish men. The best English speakers are in the age group of 35-44 years old. Well this age group scored the best globally too.
