I am excited to hear that you are starting at our school. It’ll be fun to have an English speaking individual at our school, because I like speaking English and would like to learn more from you.
Our school is located in the small town Skoerping. Skoerping is located in the northern Jutland. You probably don’t even know where Jutland is, but we can show you, when you move here. The address is [ADRESSE 1]. I live in an even smaller town, called Rebild. But I still ride my bike to school every day, because the school is located between the two towns Rebild and Skoerping, and as a result of this, most the kids in the school ride their bikes to school every day. That is probably why there are very few overweight kids in this school.
In Denmark, we don’t have nearly as many lessons as you do in Great Britain. We are, in fact, kind of spoiled. We don’t get as much homework as students in other countries do, 9th grade doesn’t really matter and we don’t need hall passes to go to the bathroom during lessons.
The subjects we have is Danish, English (my favourite subject), German, geography, biology, physics, chemistry, social studies, physical education, optional subjects, history and religion.
