In 2012 when I was around the age of 14, my school gave out these leisure activity invitations with over 15 different activities. I remember that there were some amazing activities. One of them was taking a trip to London, learning English, getting a driving license, parkour and even mountain climbing.
I remember it was great, I looked through the pages, I was all excited and I decided to pick the graffiti activity. There was a maximum of 8 people for the activity.
So few weeks later, I packed my pencils, erasers and markers for the activity and I was thinking ‘’yeah, this is going to be awesome, I’m going to be hanging out with the boys and just drawing graffiti all day!’’ When I arrived at the activity I opened the door and I was ready to introduce myself to all the boys. So I opened the door, took a step forward inside the room, and then I looked at everyone, I was surprised cause I was the only boy inside the room.
Everybody else was a girl, so it was seven girls, and then me. I was confused actually. I had no idea what the hell was going on. I had never met a girl who did graffiti, and then there was a room filled with girls who wanted to learn the art of drawing letters.
