I am writing this mail to you because I am on a trip to New York. The trip is arranged by the school. I am travelling together with my class and with two classes from my school. I have been here for two days now and we are coming back to Denmark again in about two weeks. The plane journey was very boring and the whole flight took 7, 5 hours. My class is staying at a hotel near Times Square. The hotel room is really fancy and we have two bedrooms and a living room. I live with three girls and we are slowly getting used to live at a hotel with such a great view and not least the food. My expectations for this trip is that I get to learn more about the different places and it will be exciting to see the Statue of Liberty and we become more conscious about the culture of New York.
One noticeable difference in London is the cars drives on the left side of the road. The biggest difference of all three places is the language. Denmark is 6 hours ahead of New York. London is 5:0 hours ahead of New York. Time difference between London and Denmark is 1 hour. In my hometown there are not as many different stores as there are in London and New York. They have many more opportunities example with clothes and food. When it is Christmas in Denmark we eat rice pudding. And in New York they eat chips instead of potato as the Danish people do a lot.
