Pitch letter for Toppen festival 2015

My name is [NAVN A] and I am the committeeboss of the Toppen festival 2015. We from the committee, is planning a huge weekend festival. At ten o’clock, Saturday the 6. April 2015 the festivity is beginning in Klampenborg, Denmark. It is the first time we are putting out a local festival and we want to hit hard. The festival is called ‘Toppen’ – it is a Danish word means ‘The top’. We have one sentence we work out from – Never in my wildest dreams. And that’s what we want people to think leaving the festival. The purpose of the festival is to gather people around the whole country and completely transform Klampenborg in to a lively party. Which we think music defiantly does. It will be placed in Dyrehaven, which is a big beautiful forest, just beside an amusement park called Bakken. The forest will be filled up with a lot of stalls and booths, a lot of young people and two scenes – a huge scene for the big names and a smaller one. Joe and the Juice boys will be there, making sandwiches, smoothies and drinks for the people. There will be some cloth shops, among other things a shop with ‘Toppen’ t-shirts, bracelets and so on.
