A - Comment on men’s new shopping habits, and discuss whether gender roles are getting blurred
Back in the times women’s we’re the ones who had to look good, and do something to reach that. Men went to work everyday, and the women’s stayed home, to take care of the children, make food and so on. Women’s had to look good so that others could see that se was a nice girl, and they had enough money. If you saw a man shopping clothes back then, he would often be seen as a homosexual, it just wasn’t right for a man to go and shop clothes.
But that’s not how it is any longer.
Today men are really concerned about the way they look, maybe more than women’s are. Men are spending more money on clothes today, than ever before. Today when men are shopping, they don’t take the first and the best thing they see, they can, like women’s use hours and they don’t just grap a thing and then walks out again.
The labels also means a lot to a man, because if it’s not the right one they may indicate that they don’t have the money, or that they do not worry about the way they look. And the girls hate a boy who doesn’t care about himself.
