Analyse af filmen 'Pursuit of Happiness'

The American movie ”Pursuit of happiness” is directed by Gabriele Muccino and the main character is Will Smith. The movie is about Chris Gardner that keep fighting and pursuit for happiness and money and still keep protecting and take care of his son, Christopher. The mother disappears when Chris don’t get any money from his job for selling bone scanners to hospitals. At the broke stocker office “Dean Whitter” they pic 40 people out to compete about one single job at year. Chris see this as an opportunity because he is very good at people and numbers. The first six month you wont get paid, so Chris is in a very bad situation if he doesn’t sell any bone scanners and even not get job as a broke stocker.

Chris has many fights and difficulties at his days. He is a guardian angel for his his son, Christopher and he does everything he can to get money, even mix the Juice they leave after a meal. The economic situation is so bad for a while that Chris and Christopher has to sleep at the streets. Chris shows a brilliant strength and plays with Christopher, so they act like they are sleeping in a cave, but actually it is toilet at the train station. At the end of the movie, Chris get the job at “Dean Whitter” and we see how happy he becomes.
