The song is made by Hopsin. Hopsin is a famous rapper. The specific song I have chosen is called ‘ILL MIND OF HOPSIN 5’. The story in the song is primarily about young people think that life nowadays is about smoking weed, getting drunk and having sex. Young people are getting dumber according to Hopsin. They’re dropping out of school and doing dumb stuff, which makes Hopsin embarrassed. They define ‘fun’ as drinking, smoking, hanging out with their crew and trying to bang clueless women. He mentions how every girl wants a romantic boyfriend, who treats them like a dream. But all they do is saying that every man’s fake. The only thing they do to try finding this “Romeo”, is going to the club half naked and twerking, instead of being a “good girl” and acting patient.

There are a few metaphors in the song. He isn’t the biggest fan of rapping, but he says “If the shoes fit, wear it”. I would assume, that he is trying to say he’s good at it and should do it, if he likes it or not, because it will work and he will be able to make a living of it.
