I clenched my hand tightly around my skinny tummy. My stomach was roaring for food. I had not eaten for several days and I was starting to feel the consequences. I raised my head up to find almost everyone in the tube looking at me. “Are you alright?” an elderly woman asked in the midst of the crowd. Although feeling weak in my arms, I managed to raise up my hand and wave her off, mumbling “Yeah, yeah... F-Fine.” Obviously I wasn’t feeling fine, as I a few moments later almost had a blackout. My head was rapidly getting heavier and I started feeling tired. I guess it was my body trying to warn me that I should eat something. I wanted to vomit badly, but I had no food in my stomach to throw up. I was feeling so dizzy I wanted to die at that moment.
This was my stop. Central London. I exited the tube and looked up the long set of stairs. Due to feeling so weak, walking up a staircase proved to be a very hard task. When I reached the surface, my body was ready to pass out once again. After a short stroll through the heart of London, I ended up at my agent’s office. I was not feeling sick to my stomach anymore. I think the fresh air helped a lot. My agent greeted me with open arms and a huge smile. It was pretty obvious to me that his behavior was just some sort of façade. His glance elevated up and down my body, he then looked me straight in the eyes and said with an even bigger smile than before, “Good gracious, you look fantastic! Georgina, whatever you are doing, keep doing it.” His words got me excited and made me jump around, making me forget how hungry I was. I swore to myself that I would continue progressing on my body.
