9/11 2001 was the day of the terrorist attacks upon the United States in New York City. It was an aircraft Hijacking, against the twintowers, of the World Trade Center complex. It was a day like any other, and people were just on their way to work like they were used to, and suddenly, at 8:46 am, an airplane that came out of nowhere, crashed into the north Tower, and hit it near the 80th floor in the 110-story skyscraper, and made it burst out in fire. It instantly killed hundreds of people and trapped hundreds more in the higher floors. There was panic everywhere, and people started jumping out from the building, because they only had two choices- to jump, or burn to death. People were desperately trying to get help, but it was impossible. Then, at 9:03 am, another plane crashed into the South Tower near the 60th floor , and people were now realizing that it wasn’t an accident, but it was a terrorist attack.. There were a lot of firemen, policemen who made a big unselfish effort to rescue people who were trapped in the two enormous buildings. Just 58 minutes after the plane crashed into the south tower, it collapsed because it was not able to withstand the enormous heat generated by burning jet fuel, and at 10:28 am the north tower collapsed. The collapsion of the two towers absolutely ruined the whole World Trade Center complex.
