How does Rob feel about biking? Does Mr Willison respect how Rob feels?

Rob is not a big fan of biking, he is teird and want to rest, but Mr Willison doesn’t respect it

What does Mr Willison mean by “The first thing any athlete has to learn is to break the fatigue barrier” (p. 3, l. 10)?

He is saying that you have to keep going even though you are teird, if you wanna be the best.

Why do you think Mr Willison dismounts his bike with “exaggerated steadiness” (p. 3, l. 20)? To show off

When did you realise that Mr Willison is actually Rob's father?

I first realized it when the text pointed it out.

Comment on the following statement by Mr Willison, “I've got my breath back, so surely you must have” (p. 4, l.4).

The father are saying that if he has gotten he’s breath back then the son must have gotten it to. That’s mean, he’s not very nice, maybe his son is’nt ready yet? Robs dad are kinda saying that hes weak.

How is Rob built physically?

Little guy

What reason does Mr Willison give for having gone on this bike ride?

He said to rob that he got a present for him, waiting back at home, and they had to be a way from their home I mens a man was fixing it?
