Many years ago, people didn’t think about the climate. People did not care about the environment and our world. In the 1800s industrialization began, that means that the car came, the train came, more factories came, and more people came for the labor market. It has had major consequences for the climate. And it affects many people today. If we don’t act now, it will have bigger consequences in the future. We young people must use your voices now.
My inspiration
Greta Thunberg is an 18-year-old girl who started "Skolstrejk för klimatet" she became known all over the world, Because of her great speeches and her attitude about global warming. Greta Thunberg is one of my biggest role models because she has given me a completely different view of how the world and the climate are. She has inspired me.
Changes I would like to see
My hopes for the future are that on a local level I will see more people go by bicycle to work. On a national level I will see that the politicians make legislations, that makes it easier to charge electric cars and more expensive to buy meat. On a global level I will see world leaders work together to save our climate.
