The whole text is about bullying. Reuben Beardsley also called Stiff was hated by the other students even before they met him. Stiff was what we would call a nerd. All over the world are there people who be bullied like Stiff in the story, not only in school, some people also be bullied on the job or to a sports training, which is a big problem all over the world. Bullying are a big problematic all over the world! Some people try to commit suicide, because they be bullied and for some people they actually kill themselves because of other people.
Some people be bullied, because they be overweight and other people just doesn’t like each other, so they get their friends to help with bullying the other.
In the text all people were together about to bully Stiff, because he was new and they just don’t like him, like they like each other.
Be alone:
In the text was Stiff never alone, but for him it feels like he was. Stiff felt alone, because he be bullied of the other students and he couldn’t do anything to stop it.
It says in the text, that Stiff never was alone. All they seven hundred eyes never left Stiff, not for a second. I wouldn’t like seven hundred eyes on me at the same time! It would be a little creepy, I think and it is also what I think Stiff thought about it.
