The difference between teasing and bullying are actually simple, when you tease someone, the one you tease is onto it, they know it’s teasing, they laugh at it, they smile and they know it’s just for fun. Even though you can’t always see the difference, but you can kinda feel it, if it’s enough or just become too much, then for gods sake, say stop.
Being bullied isn’t funny at all, people say bad things about you, they talk about you behind their backs, call you ugly names that makes you want to cry. It’s always hard to stand up for the people who get bullied, I know how hard it can be to see one person get bullied and just stand there and watch, I’ve been there myself, not being bullied, but being the one who was looking, because I wasn’t brave enough to say stop, I’ve always been afraid to say something, because what if it was my turn to be bullied next time?
I remember when I was younger, like 4th grade or something, we were on a school trip and I got angry at someone, I accidently scratched her right under the eye and after that episode, people started calling me ‘the cat,’ they were afraid of me, so instead of leaving me alone, they just called me names to see how angry I could be, before I’d actually do something.
