In Celia Behind Me we are seeing the problem. In the short story we meet two different kinds of girls. Celia who is gets bully in the school. Celia is a little girl with large smooth cheeks and thick glasses. Her head locks like a melon because it is so round and locks so stupid and fruitlike. She has short legs so they other kids always walk faster than Celia so she couldn’t keep up with them.
The other girl is Elizabeth. Elizabeth can't stand Celia so she tries to avoid her or bully her. Elizabeth is a kind of chunky and has glasses. She has been bullied into Grade 3 were she being called “Sucky”. Elizabeth’s mother says to Elizabeth one day in their kitchen she will be sorry one day at her behaviour. But Elizabeth doesn’t think about it. The only thing she thinks on is not to be bully. She knows if she going to has been seeing with Celia she is the next in line to be bully by her classmates.
