The Golden Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge. It connects San Francisco bay with the Pacific.

The Golden Gate Bridge is a large bridge, which is very popular. Both for tourists but also for those who lived near the bridge. Between 1937 and 2012 have 1.600 persons jumped from the bridge. As of 2005, is it estimated that 26 people have survived after jumping. In 2013, were there 118 jumpers there tried to jump, but not did it.

Some people are just sick in the head, I know many of them probably not have the coolest life, but to bring themselves to jump off a bridge is sick. Many of them have probably lived a long life with abuse, and can not get out of it. Other jumps because they not will live more, because a good reason.

On January 28, 1993, murdered Steven Page his wife Nancy and then threw his daughter Kellie off the Golden Gate Bridge, before he jumping of the bridge. Page killed his wife. Then he left a message for his mother, and he wrote that he would pick up his 9-year-old stepson from school. After Page killed his wife, drove he with their 3-year-old daughter, Kellie, to the Golden Gate bridge. Page threw Kellie over the railing, then climbed over the railing himself and jumped off.
