In the spring, 2005 my family and I were in U.S.A. We came over there to visit my mother’s school friend, and her family. They live in Auburn, a town with 15.000 citizens near Sacramento, CA. We had fourteen days, so we didn’t have time to see all the things.
The first four days we were in San Francisco. Here is what we saw: The Golden Gate Bridge, The Alcatraz Prison, China town, Fisherman’s wharf (Pier 39) and we drove in a Cable Car. We also ate a lot of excited places. The one I remember best is a restaurant called “Bubba Gump Shrimp co.” It is inspired from the movie “Forrest Gump”, where Forrest wants to start a shrimp company, with his best friend Bubba.
It’s one of the best restaurants I’d ever eat one.
After our San Francisco trip we went back to my mother’s friend, who by the way is called Lotte. After one day home in Auburn we drove to Yosemite National Park, where we were for six days.
There are lots of animals in Yosemite and one of them are bears and we slept in a tent.
When we woke up the next morning, we found out that a bear last night had crashed a car window to get some lip balm. And my mother had some lip balm next to her head the night it happened.
