My family and I have had an exiting first week. My sister and I went to our new school. It´s around the same size, maybe a bit smaller square metre wise. But when it comes to students, there is whole lot more. We are around 1.600 students on the school. The school is places in the middle of New York City. Fift avenue and on the corner of west 61th st. just crossing up to Central park. so in our breaks we can have nice time in the big park. We don’t really have a school yard on the school, but we a spot in the park that belongs to the school. The school have football team, that plays in the park when they are playing games against other high schools.
One thing I find surprising, is that ever subject has its own room. Like math and English aren’t in the same room. Students go to math with the student that are about the level as yourself. So practically I can have a math class with my sister if she´s on the same level in math as I am. That’s a bit wired and surprising I thing. But at the same time I think is a pretty good Idea because you won´t have any problems teaching wise because you are all at the same level.
