The other day, I went to class, my teacher showed us this picture. First, I thought it was a really boring and totally unimportant picture. But I’m totally in love with it. It’s kind of scary, in a way. What is this pour man doing? And why in heaven, is he laying on the wall right in front of everything. He must be busy. I think he is taking a break from everything. He looks stressed out. I mean look at his close, so smart and handsome, in his smoking, maybe on his way to work. The sky looks very sad and surplus. The manufactures are pollution the sky, and so is his cigarette. Some people smokes a cigarette to chill out, that makes then calm. Even if it’s not good for you. This is actually why I choose this background to my personal story. Anyway. In the background at the picture, we see a big watch, maybe that’s a sign, we rush too much, sometimes it’s okay to forget all about time and social meetings. I think we’re doing much more than we’re supposed to, we are working too much, kids and young students are stressed. And when they get old enough they have to work all the time on weekdays. Where is out time to blow out, take an off day and chill out? When I was a kid I was told: ‘’Never grow up, it’s a trap’’ I didn’t know what that meant, that was probably a joke, because to grow up must be the coolest thing, I could over imagen. I couldn’t wait to get old enough, because grown-ups can do whatever they want to, I thought. And now, I’m sitting here in school, waiting to go to high school. In a couple of years, I’m done with high school, and need to get a really good education, because if I fail, I have no future. And suddenly I’m a grown-up, who needs to get through? Who told us to start in school? Not our parents, not our siblings, and absolutely not our self. It’s our dear society. Sometimes I wished we could just turn off the world. Put our smartphone away and enjoy life. Sometimes we forget our self, in a rush. The school system is pushing us to do it better, stronger and faster. How important is it to get an A? And how important is it to make millions, if you aren’t happy? At home, I was always told to do my best, and do whatever that makes me feel happy. And I think everyone should do that. No matter what the society tells us to do. Life is great.
