A second chance

Should a person get a second chance, after committing something horrible? Every single person should get a second chance, because they’re learning from their mistakes (most of them). I think we all make mistakes, and that shouldn’t be the reason to give up on someone. The cons to give them the second opportunity to live a new life with a new identity will be foolish, if the person keeps doing the same thing over and over again, or if the person hasn’t learned from his or hers mistake. The pros is the opposite of the cons I wrote. If the person is mature enough to go on with his or hers life, they should get a second chance. There are many people out there who are committing very terrible things, for example killing, raping and fighting with someone, but they do deserve the second chance, if they regret what they did and put their problems behind them. For example the James Bulger case, both of the boys who killed him got a new chance and when they got out of jail, they got a second chance of life. You should give someone a second chance, but not a third.
