A Second Chance

Thank you for coming today, it is a pleasure to be given the opportunity to present my speech for all of you.

I thought about this speech, for a very long time, about what was right and wrong to say, but in this case, I don't think there is anything wrong.

I will tell you about giving second chances to decentives, and why these people need another chance, to create a life for themselves.

When we talk about decentives, there will always be a lot of different opinions.

When you do something wrong, you usually get to spend some time in jail. The reason for getting to spend some time in jail is that you think about what you have done, or in some cases, think about what you did not do in a specific situation.

When you are done, doing your sentence, you have had a lot of time to think about what you have done, that was wrong. This is one of the reasons why you should always have a chance to create a better life for yourself after your jail time.

In America we have the highest rate of incarceration, in the entire world with 698 per 100.000 of population. This is pretty unbelievable, when you put that in perspective it is quite a lot of people that have been put in jail in their lifetime, when living in America.
