English Free Writing essay

My journey to South Africa So, this story begins in Aalborg Denmark, at the airport. My grandma and I were going to South Africa, at first there were no problems from getting to London from Aalborg.. Then we had to wait an hour in London for our flight straight to South Africa, 12 hours straight, 1 flight.. and horrible food! But oh well, it was time so sleep, but i couldn’t really sleep since the seats were quite uncomfortable.. But then a ever so kind person gave up his seat so I could sleep comfortably, it turned out that we were actually going to the same camp, that’s also when we first met our guide, he was gay, but super kind!! Our guides name was Kim, he teached me quite a lot of things!! Both about all the creatures in South Africa, and about english, he was such a kind guy!! Him and the rangers also tickled me all the time since I were the only kid in the whole camp, we all had so much fun!! One evening I also almost managed to trip over a giraffe.. I was visiting a another person in the camp.. After like 30 minutes the sun had already gone down, and it was almost pitch black.. but when I exited the house, I just saw a herd of Antelopes, then I got scared and tried to rush back to my house, then a Giraffe just stood up out of nowhere, I was scared shitless!! but after that, I managed to trip over a 30cm high fence, and then slide 2 meters on the ground.. The whole thing didn’t go as planned, but it ended out well enough.. had 3 cups of cocoa the same night, along with really good food! There were also a time where I thought tabasco was ketchup.. Lets just say that i chugged down a litre a of Coca Cola, mouth still burned after that… But it was funny to think about afterwards.. Earlier on that same day, I was jumping on some pretty big rocks, just back and forth because I were bored.. Then at one point, I tripped, and fell between 2 boulders, I somehow managed to land perfectly on my feet.. I was rather proud after that moment.. Well, then the day that we had to go back.. The trip was without any problems, but then in the plane.. everyone gave me their chocolate muffin.. I ended up puking after that flight, but I were happy, so it was no biggie anyways!
