welcome to my travel log through California. we started in San Diego, then we passed through Los Angeles, then we drove to San Francisco, we explored the beautiful Yosemite National Park and ended the road trip in Las Vegas. We had 5 days to explore. And I am going to tell you about all the exciting things we did and saw.
Day 1
We came to San Diego early this morning after spending 6 hours in an airplane from Copenhagen. As soon as we had settled in in the apartment, we took a taxi to Old Town San Diego. Here we learned about the history of California and San Diego. It was very interesting to see and hear about. In Old Town San Diego you can by tons of souvenirs and taste some fantastic Mexican food. We ate at the restaurant Baja Cantina, but there are plenty others places to choose.
We took a Taxa to the hotel again and changed to bathing suit. Then we took to the Coronado Beach. It was so nice to be in the water and the beach were so beautiful.
Day 2
Early this morning we drove to Los Angeles. It took about two hours in car, but it was not boring looking out of the windows in the car. We booked a tour of the stars home. The tour took us through Downtown Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Through the beautiful Hollywood Hills. After the tour we went down the walk of fame where we founded Marilyn Monroe and Donald Duck. Later in the afternoon we perhaps did what I would call our most unusual activity. We visited the Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery. That is the final resting place of big stars like Marilyn Monroe and Dean Martin. The cemetery is a quiet, Peaceful and beautiful place.
