The girl from the small town Stowe  

Once upon a time, a girl called Carla, and she was 14 years old. She lived in the small town Stowe in USA. She loved playing football, and being with her friends. She played football every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each training was two hours, so six hours every week. She thinks that football is the best thing in the world. Her idol was Lieke Martens. Her dream is to meet her one day. A normal school day, someone was calling her. First she doesn't take it, because she thought it was something else. When she got home the whole family was standing with english flags. When she opened the door everyone was screaming “Congratulations Carla!!!” She was looking around, and asked “What is happening?” Her mother told her that the USA national team had asked her to play there. Carla was happier than ever. She was running around and screaming: “YES, YES I DID IT!!” A few days after she was going to the first training. The first training was so amazing, and she learned so much just during this first training. She knew that she will be playing there for a long time. Her best friend Caroline was so proud of her, and she thinks that it was very cool to have a friend at the national team. A year after everything changed. In a match she got kicks at her leg, and two bones was broke. The doctors said to her that maybe she won’t be able to play anymore. She denies that, she maybe wasn’t able to play, so she starts play again after that day. What the doctors told was right, because it was getting worse. The trainers told her to stop training a few months. After six months she got ready again. The years was going and going… the years passed by. She is still playing in USA, but now as captain for the team. She is very famous now, and everybody around the world know her. The little shy girl from Stowe, is now all football girls’ idol. Her family and her best friend always see her in TV, because they never see her, but they think is so cool to see her in TV. Last and not least her trainer is Lieke Martens, the idol of all time.
