The year was 1912 April 15 the greatest ship ever built was getting ready for its maiden voyage to New York and i had a ticket. The coal was fed to the engines, and last call to go abroad was yelled out. People was standing on the dock waving farewell to their families. I had gotten a expansiv ticket as a gift from my uncle as my 20th birthday present it was an V.I.P ticket. It was probably the nicest place i had ever been, golden chandeliers hanging from the sealing in the dining hall, the most delicious food you could imagine it was all great.
Suddenly i woke up in the night by a loud noise “bang” and soon after i heard the sound of people screaming in fear, a man yelled “get to the lifeboats women and children first” i quickly got dressed and went out of my room. It was panic on the boat children crying holding their mother's hand. The lights on the boat started flickering and soon after all light was out. There being no light caused even more panic only the red emergency lights were still on. I went out on the deck of the boat and the horrifying vision that struck me was the most terrible thing i had ever seen in my life. The boat was sinking fast, it appeared we had hit something in the water that destroyed the ship. I got word that the water had already overtaken the lowest two floors of the ship. Everybody was heading towards the lifeboats, everyone quickly realised that there was never gonna be enough room on the lifeboats for all of us.
