The franchising is a way for individuals to invest in an existing business model and gain a competitive advantage operating their own business. A franchise is a way of structuring a business licensing by third party witch give right to operate a business or distribute goods or services using the franchisor’s business name and systems for an agreed period of time, in return for a fee. This usually comprises an initial payment and then regular ongoing fees.

There are rules and regulations for owning a franchise business. For example, if you choose a restaurant you will have to use the same products, the same menu, the same logo, the same dress code, and the same operating hours as the company you selected. But the franchisor can provide you an existing business model, a brand, operating system and processes, marketing strategy and training and beyond that ongoing support. To achieve success it is important to have good communication with a franchisor and a great attitude to the business because franchise success is dependent e.g. of the brand, business support, location, costs and ultimately the franchisees ability to manage and control the business.
