We have heard about a campaign called #MeToo, and what that campaign stands for but why has that campaign come a life?

Women all across the world doesn’t have the same amount of privileges and human right as men has, it depends on where we are talking about in the world, somewhere is worse than elsewhere. Even though that the world’s population is almost half women, there is about 2.7 billon women’s, who doesn’t have the same rights and privileges as men has.

Both girls and women are oppressed in many countries across the world, especially in the Middle East – an example that happens down there all the time is: young girls a getting forced to marry, when they are minor. What is even worse is that most of the men that they are being forced to marry is much older than they are. Some of the young women are even getting a female genital cutting, which is not what the most of them want.

Now if we look at women’s roles at workplaces, then we can easily see that something is horrible wrong. At work, there is a lot of women who are having a hard time getting the respect and equality that they deserve, there are still some countries where the women isn’t allowed to work, and even they are lucky enough to get a job – then is probably without payment.
