· How do you feel about Jill`s response to the New York Times?
I think it`s good that she didn`t let her brother’s opinion make up hers. and I feel like she really has a point, with saying that she had a lot of difficulties, becoming a grown up. I also think it`s a great thing, that she took so much inspiration from this book, and that it makes her feel like she’s not alone.
· Can you learn anything from fiction?
Yes absolutely. Most books and movies that are fiction, still have a point and a thing to learn from. I’m not saying that every movie or book has a point. I think that you get from whatever you’re watching or reading what you want to, and what you put into it. You could watch anything and not get anything out of it, but you can also do the opposite.
· Have you ever found help or inspiration to deal with hardships in your life in a book, a song or a movie?
Yes, I think so. I can’t really remember any time I have but I am pretty sure. But I also just think that sometimes you don’t even know you got inspiration or help. You just kind of learn from a movie or book without even knowing.
