This summer I have been on a very exciting and exotic trip. I went to North America, more specifically the beautiful island called Jamaica. I went with a travel site called Teen-Tourist.
The site set me up with some other teenagers my age who could show me around the island and be my guides.
In Jamaica, I met Jaden and Amelia, two twins, who were 17 years old. They guided me around and entertained me through my trip.
I was on the island for a week and lived in the capital of Kingston. Jamaica was a very beautiful place; it was very exotic. They had good food, I like their national dish ackee and fish, and it was delicious. They had good healthy smoothies made of different exotic fruits, my favorite one was made out of guava. The food was so good and different from what I’m used to eat back home.
The people were also so much more open, happier, and talkative there. But there were also many poor people and people who didn’t have good homes or any.
Jaden and Amelia showed me around. We went to the beach a couple of times. The beach was so beautiful, and it was so pleasant to swim in with perfect weather.
