Throughout this essay, I will talk about my initial impression of the word “English.” I will also talk about my expectations for Herningsholm and about my personal abilities. Apart from that, I will also tell you about what improvements are needed, and what I look forward too.
The word” English” is a comprehensive word, which, in my instance, is a universal language. A language that defines the way to communicate on a global plan. English delineates the worldwide market and the world economy. A word with such importance has always been essential in my life, and always will be. Majorly because of my future, or more preciously, my future job. The expectations of the English class at Herningsholm is wildly oscillating. I hope for a much more excellent English in general. Better vocabulary, and a higher grammatical understanding and usage of more advanced words. The expectations are also heavily focused on me.
The dedication MUST be on my academic growth. I need to try harder than ever before to expand my personal abilities. It would be great to have a lovely teacher who is determent to help me on my journey. Currently, I would assess my abilities to be over average. My vocabulary is useful, but not exceptional, and the same goes to my grammatical understanding and usage. My biggest weakness is highly focused on my inability to focus. I lose focus fast, and therefore I need to work on that. Currently, I do not have a lot to work on when it comes to my English. I am more than capable of speaking and writing English at the stage that we are on. But improvements I want, and of course hope for. I want to be the best possible version of me, and therefore I need to improve, AND THAT’S NOW. The thing that I look the most forward to is to learn, to be better than I have ever been.
