'The Great Trek'

One night I was sitting by the campfire. I was tired because we’d been travelling all day, but I couldn’t sleep. I was scared. The night was very dark. Suddenly I heard a noise from the wilderness. Something was coming this way. It was footsteps. It sounded like 5 or 6 people walking. In the beginning I thought it was the Swazi who was coming after us, but then I heard Majos voice in the dark. “Hahahaha, did you guys see Valias face when we scared her earlier today? With the snake in the head, you know?” They were talking about me! It reminded me of episode 3 or 4 hours ago. Majo and his two best friends Blail and Tward, had founded a dead snake and apparently they thought it was sooo funny to put the snake right in front of my face. And I really HATE snakes. The Creeps, that’s what I call them. And they have been so mean to me lately. But I don’t care. I just keep walking until the day is over and I can sleep. Only a sleep I’m away from them, but tonight I couldn’t sleep and I heard their footsteps coming closer. I decided to stay and ignore them. Now I could see them in the light of the campfire. They stopped talking, looked at me and laughed. I looked the other way. The Creeps sat on the big piece of wood on the other side of the campfire. We were all quit. Suddenly we heard a noise in the bushes. It sounded like a huge animal or so. We heard the ting coming closer to us. I stood up and prepared to run, the Creeps did the same. When the animal or whatever it was, came into the light from the campfire I first thought it was one of the other members from the camp, but it was a lion. I tried not to scream and backed out of the campfire place. Then the lion made the noise a lion makes when it gets mad, so of course I screamed and started running. Not thinking at the fact that the lion was so much faster then I was. Anyway, in the middle of my mix (screaming and running) a weird thought crossed my head. Where are The Creeps? I even stopped the running and screaming. I listened. The lion noise was gone. Suddenly everything was too quit. I slowly walked back to the fireplace. Now I could see the lion. The big animal lied on the ground. First I thought one of the Creeps was dead and the lion was in the middle of the meal, but when I walked closer the lion looked very much like dead. I kept walking toward it. Then I heard a branch break behind me. I turned chocked around and I saw The Creeps standing and laughing. And then I turned very mad. Very, very mad. I smashed Majo on his cheek turned around again and walked straight to my sleeping back. I fell asleep and dreamed about...nothing. THAT’S RIGHT. Nothing. Well, anyway. The next day we walked, walked and guess what? WE WALKED. I was so tired when we found a place where we could stay for the night. I walked into the bushed trying to find a place where I could do the.... thing. You know. Pee and such stuff. Suddenly Majo’s face was right up in mine and I made a short scream. I hurried pulling my pants up and then I almost ran out of the bushes. That was soooo embarrassing, and I was very close at crying. Then I heard Majos voice: VALIA, sorry, I just wanted to talk to you. YEAH, SURE. Was my sarcastic answer and I ruled my eyes at him. Then his annoying voice was there again: Valia wait! I stopped, turned and looked at him. WHAT? I said. He ran the last few steps to me and said: Sorry Valia. It’s just because I really like you.! AS IF. Was my thought and I took my knife in hand and stabbed him in the stomach and then he died. THE END. No, that’s not what happened. I could never do a thing like that. Haha, sure. Anyway, actually he kissed me and we lived happily ever after. THE END. No, not happily ever after, cause two months later he died. Too bad. I never liked him that much anyway. And for the very, very, very, very last time. THE END.
