Interest groups: Interest groups, also called special interest groups, advocacy groups or pressure groups all share a desire to affect government policy to benefit themselves or their causes.

Their goal could be a policy that exclusively benefits group members or one segment of society.

Lobbyists: Lobbying is the attempt to influence political decisions through a lobbyist who acts on behalf of another person or interest group. Lobbying can take place both legally and illegally.

The political party system: A party system is a concept in comparative political science concerning the system of government by political parties in a democratic country.

Two-party systems are states such as Honduras, Jamaica, Malta, Ghana and the United States in which there are two political parties dominant.

Multi-party systems are systems in which more than two parties are represented and elected to public office.

For an example in Denmark, we have a Multi-party system. Which in my opinion is a great system.

The election system: An election system is the set of rules used when voting for parties.

Candidates in the election are transformed into mandates for parties and candidates.

By that I mean the fact that when you elect for whatever party you feel like voting for, your vote turns into mandates, which can be used to win the election of course.
