America culture Is bult upon “The American Dream”. The American dream is the belief that anyone, regardless of where they were born or what class they were born into, can attain their own version of success in a society in which upward mobility is possible for everyone. This had the result of America becoming very popular amongst other countries, which resulted in America getting a bunch of immigrants from 1800 till today.
When we are looking at America and its culture, we can divide America in two. There are those immigrants who come to America to start a new life, but it is still very important for them to maintain their ethnical heritage and their cultural traditions. And then there is those who come to America but didn’t care about their ethnical heritage and cultural traditions getting lost. These are the ones who form America as we know it, because they all come with different cultures and traditions. Today it is still almost impossible to say that America has one certain culture, because off all the immigrants who moved to America with different cultures. In America you can find people and cultures from everywhere in the world. But even though America seems split up by all the different cultures, every immigrant who came to America where all chasing “The American Dream”.
