From Darpan to Lewis Powell and Family

Hi Lewis! I’m looking forward to seeing you and your family again. We are gonna have a lot of fun on our day trip this July. I figured we could go to Svanemøllen Beach for a swim. It would be nice and hot outside and we could all swim in the ocean. So, remember to bring your own towels, cuz I don’t have enough for all of us. For transportation we could just walk, its only half a kilometre. I’m hoping that’s okay with you. Let’s also bring tools for Kate to play with in the sand. After the beach, we could head to Fælledparken, a local park, not too far from the beach. I’m bringing a large picnic basket with me there, so you don’t have to bring any food. In other words, I got you covered, cuz that basket is gonna be filled with delicious, breads, spreads, meats and drinks. After we’ve eaten I figured we could also do some activities like, Frisbee, catch, baseball and also going for a stroll in the park. After our walk, we go back to my house and have Mazarinpie and coffee. There is also milk and juice for Jane in case, she doesn’t want coffee. Then, we head over to The Zoological Museum. I thought it would be interesting for everyone to see. You can learn a lot about the showcased animals. You can also learn about prehistoric animals and bone excavations. I know Jane might find the Museum boring, but I think it will still interest her with all the different animals. The final destination of our day trip will be Halifax. They have some of the best burgers in Copenhagen, along with their fries. I can truly recommend their “Lone Star” burger which has BBQ-sauce and grilled onions in it. All their burgers cost about 9 pounds, so It’s really not that pricy. They also have this special Orange soda which they make themselves from their own brewery, so we have to get that as well.
