I’ve for the longest been a travel freak. I love traveling and visiting other countries because I like to experience other cultures and explore cities. A few weeks ago, I stumbled across a new travel site, which is called “Teen- Tourist” and I decided to try it out. I booked a 3-day trip to New York. I chose New York because I love the energy and vibrancy. I got parried to the most amazing guide. Her name is Charlotte and she’s 22 years old.
Charlotte was very good at introducing me to all the locals in the city. On the first day she presented me to The American Museum of Natural History. The museum is a must to see! It blew my mind on how big it was. Charlotte and I got to see the dinosaur collection, it was so incredible and breathtaking. We also got to see the Planetarium show. It was such an enjoyable day, and I learned so much from the experience.
The next day, Charlotte introduced me to some of the city’s tourist attractions including the central park, Brooklyn bridge, and the Statue of Liberty. We went to times square later in the evening. Not even words can describe how beautiful the city is at night. Everything lights up and it looks different than during the day. New York is a city that never sleeps. Even though it was late, there were so many activities and there was plenty to do at night. Compared to Denmark, New York is so lively and eventful.
