Amy winehouse were a world-famous jazz singer. She was born in 1983 and died in 2011. Only 27 years old. Amy had a very hard life with drugs, family issues and an eating disorder. Her dad first came into her life when she got famous. He was not interested in her and the family while she was a child.
Amy´s intention was never to get famous. She just liked to sing. She got famous after she published her album “Back to Black” in 2006. One of the songs in the album “rehab” got very famous. She won five Grammy’s connected to the album.
She was in a lot of relationships. One of them were together with a man named Blake Fielder who she met in 2003. Blake also had a hard childhood. It was not a very healthy relationship. They drank, smoke and took a lot of drugs together. Her manager told “Amy changed overnight after she met Blake”. Amy got very sick, and a lot of people told her to go on rehab, but her dad didn’t agree on that idea. The song “rehab” is about that period in her life. In 2007 Blake and Amy got married in Miami after there on and of relationship. In 2009 Blake divorced Amy while he was in jail. He divorced Amy because she cheated on him on a vacation.
