Personligt brev om rejse til USA og livet i Danmark

How are you doing and thank you for the letter you wrote to me, I received it yesterday. Good to hear you are doing well in USA and can’t wait for me to come over and live there, let me tell a few things about me.

I’m a girl from a small country called Denmark, located in north Europa near Norway and Sweden. I live in a city called Copenhagen and my school is located in Hellerup. My father’s name is [NAVN F], my mother’s name is [NAVN D], my sister’s name is [NAVN E] and brothers name is [NAVN B]. And then we have a dog called Balder hes 5 years old. In my spare time, I like playing football with my friends. I play football in a city called Mejdal, located in west Jylland. In my spare time I also work in a bakery called “Bageriet Max” every weekend, I have been working there for around 6 months soon. I want to visit USA, because I’ve heard so much good things about the country. But I got a bit scared of the WTC attack in 2001, but now I want to go there again and live with you for a while. Also if it is possible I would like to keep playing football over there if you got a local team, but we can talk about this when I arrive. When I get over there I would like you to show me around in New York, I really want to see where WTC was located before it got destroyed by terrorist the 911. And then I want to see the Time Square street too, I want to see all the huge and amazing shops you got over there. And then I want to see the amazing high and beautiful Empire State Building, I heard it is the highest building in New York with 320 meters. And I really want you to show me the Statue of liberty, I really want to get up in the hand, and watch the beautiful view over New York. If you more things you want to show me, you are always able to tell me when I arrive. I will think about some more I want to see until we meet. When I have to go home again, I really hope I had the best time of my life. I want to be able to speak really good and clear English, that’s my dream about the trip. I will send you a letter later with some pictures from Denmark, some of my family and so, hope you will enjoy them!
