Short Story of Malala Yousafzai
Malala Yousafzai was born in Mingora, Pakistan . She loved going to school and believed that girls should have the same right to education as boys.
Her father is also a teacher and therefore engourched her.
When the Taliban banned girls from going to school, Malala was very brave and spoke out. She wrote about her life and continued to attend school despite threats.
In 2012, when Malala was 14 she was attacked, shot in the head by the Taliban on her way home from school. She survived and became even more determined to fight for girls’ education.
Today, Malala speaks around the world and helps girls go to school.

Malala has taken alot of risk
She spoke out for girls' education in Swat Valley when the Taliban banned girls from going to school. This was risky because the Taliban threatened people who disagreed with them.
