Barack Obama: løfter og personlige holdninger

Barack Hussein Obama is a member of the Democrats, which is one the main parties of America – The other one are the Republicans.

I have found out, some things that Barack Obama will do, and then I have wrote my own opinion, about them.

- Iraq.

Obama has promised to take the US army out of Iraq over a span time, of 16 months.

In my opinion, it is a bad idea, because I think, that Iraq will become a country, which will be ruled by terror, or a dictator, therefore I think he should keep the forces in Iraq, until it have become a democratic country, with a president or a prime minister.

- Afghanistan.

Obama has said that he will increase the presence of US soldiers in Afghanistan, and do military action in Pakistan, if USA receives information about Al-Qaeda operations in the country.

- The way that I see the “war” against Al-Qaeda is, that it is more of revenge, after the 09/11/01 where Al-Qaeda flew into the twin towers, than it is to help the world, therefore I do not like the idea, of using the military forces for such a purpose, instead they could be helping Iraq back on tracks again – But on the other hand, it would be nice to know, that the terror organization Al-Qaeda are gone, instead of having the thought, that they are ready to fly airplanes into buildings, in the back of my mind.
