Answer: Supermarkets are planning to give a better treatment to people who spend lot of money. The supermarket does that because they want to give a sort of reward to the most buying costumers, which is mostly the upper and middleclass families. It means that the good financial standing peoples gets a better service no matter what, and some special prices only for the ” Gold card holders”. This reward only exists because the supermarkets can make more money on wealthy people and wants to hold on them.
2) What kind of perks will be offered to the best costumers?
Answer: The best costumers will be served personally and quickly in difference to low ore normal spenders. Perks like express checkouts, discounts and free delivery service is only able for the best costumers. The gold card holders are immediately identified when they enter the store. In that way they always get the best service.
3) Why may some costumers complain about the preferential treatment given to some shoppers?
Answer: some shoppers may complain because they fell worthless and treated very bad. They do not understand how some people with more money between their hands can are better worth than normal shoppers. They are all paying for the goods and feel that they have the same rights as the big spenders. They expect the same service for all people no matter race, skin color ore how many money you have. It has to be fair for all parts of the system.
