Many people think that prejudism is a thing which only happens to blonde girls, and immigrants. But that is so far from the truth. Prejudism can happen to everyone, and it probably will happen to everyone, at some point of their life.
I want to put some focus on the prejudism in schools. In the classroom, prejudism is a very common thing, it happens all the time, we just don’t think about it. If you are new in a class, then there will definitely be some prejudism.
I think that it’s a rather new thing. Everybody has become so superficial, and we judge everybody by their appearance, and not by their personality. It’s a very bad thing, and I think that looks mean everything these days, so in the beginning it doesn’t matter if you have the most fantastic personality. The only thing they will notice, is your appearance.
I think that pupils in classrooms make judgments about people all the time. If a new girl is starting in the class, we immediately start judging her by her appearance, and everything ells about her. We think that we can tell everything about her, just by looking at her. But in most cases we are wrong with a capital W!
