Drake begins with the main character that is very tired about working at a pharmacy. the main character is instructing a woman to wait in line, the woman that the main character calls bug eyes is very impatient and very frustrated about having to wait. the main character forms a negative first impression on the women, the main character judges the women by her looks and how she is behaving. The main character is also disappointed by herself about working in retail after obtaining a pharmacy
