Since you are moving to Denmark I would like to tell you a bit about our school, traditions, rules and regulations, dress code, homework, etc.
The first thing I am going start with is the schools location and surroundings. The nature is very beautiful, with lots of hills, valleys and fields. The school is in the mideast of Jutland, in a small village called Brørup, which is why the school is called “Brøruphus”. It is near the town Skanderborg, which probably is easier to find on a map. Brøruphus is not just an ordinary school. It is a continuation school. That is a school where you stay, sleep and learn, in a small society. You get a lot of new friends, and have a really good time.
You have all kinds of normal subjects, English, math, science, biology, sport etc. But on a continuation school it is normal that you choose a special topic to work with. Taking me as an example, I chose football. On my school, you can choose between: Football, Badminton, Painting and other kind of Art, Acting, Handball and Music, and that was about it I think. So there are really great opportunities to develop your self.
