A girl named Suzy was living in Brighton, London in a few years. It wasn’t easy for her to find a job for even though she worked as a waitress. Suzy was twenty-five and trained as a designer but had never had a job as one. She had tried to sell her stuff in other people’s shops, but her heart wasn’t really in it because of all the knocks so that didn’t work out. Suzy like to travel, and she is now saving up to a trip to Columbia. She had travelled around Asia, she has been in Mexico and she has also worked for approximately six month in Australia.
“It does disorientate you, travelling”, Suzy says that it’s hard to keep track of everyone when you travel that much. Your friends get jobs and settle down while you challenge your life in different countries.
She’ll rather work hard, doing evening shifts and then travel when she have earned enough money, than just work normal and don’t travel as much, so doesn’t really have a social life.
When she was in Australia she knew some friends there, next time she is going all by herself but that doesn’t worry her because she have tried to travel alone before.
