The Y Generation has been criticized for being, work-shy and demanding, but is it really their fault? Many people believe that it is not really the young people’s fault, but the problem is that they are raised with overindulgent parents. So Generation Y has been overprotected, and has got everything served for them. And most of the Y Generation expects the same from their workplace. They expect that they are getting everything served to their legs. But that isn’t the way things happen.
