If we take a look at the UK there is a lot of diversity between the populations. Their live people from many different countries in UK. It’s probably because after the Second World War many people from South Asia, the Caribbean and East Africa came to help them rebuild UK. They came to stay and raise their family. UK is a multiculturalism community with a lot of great values. Some of the benefits with multiculturalism are that greater diversity can lead to greater potential for conflict as a result of a country’s differences, and it is in the United Kingdom’s interest to face any difficulties frankly in order to resolve them. No fantasy of a society without diversity has any place in responsible political debate. Some of the cons could be if the immigrants don’t learn the language very well, and if they don’t know how to behave in the society, and it can result in that there will be conflicts among the citizen and the immigrants.

If I should try to give and good example of how to integrate immigrants successfully I would start to teach them the language as good that they could behave themselves on English, after that I would learn them about the culture, society and the lows and orders that they have in UK. There is an immigration tests in UK witch you need to have more than 75 percent correct to consist so they need to complete the test to enter the society and be part of the UK. Gordan Brown, who are a British Chancellor, says to The Daily Telegraph: “Being a British citizen is about more than a test, more than a ceremony …” He thinks that immigrants must earn citizenship by carry out socially beneficial tasks, which would introduce them to the people they will be living alongside.
