My favorite game is Pro Cycling Manager 2009. It’s a game, where you have to manage your own team, just like Bjarne Riis does it for his team, Team Saxo Bank. But in the game there are also “non-professional teams” like Designa Køkken. In the game there are many racing cyclists. And also many famous cyclists like Lance Armstrong, Ivan Basso and Contador. All cyclists in the game has been giving some points. The point tells you, how good the cyclist is. The numbers goes from 0-100. The points are giving in different categories. Some of the categories are climbing, flat, sprint, hill, stamina and so on… All the professional cyclist is over 60. But some of the “non-professional” cyclist has much lower points, which is natural.

You have to buy equipment to your team. If you think you need a new staff or a new cyclist you can try to make a contract with him. The best team you can choose is Astana, because they have a lot of money and they have some very good climbers, who can win the hard and classic stages and races. The names on some of the cyclist are not the real names. Lance Armstrong is not the name they use in the game, it’s Lance Nielstrong. They use Nielstrong because Armstrong won’t allow it. That’s the kind of “bugs”, there are in the game.
