I glanced at the alarm clock and tried to turn it off, without waking [NAVN B]. She didn’t notice.
It was 07.13 AM and I had to be at the center at 08.15 AM. I had an hour, and I figured out, I had to hurry! I went into the kitchen. Sunrise was ahead, and the city windows reflected the sunlight into the brand new kitchen. [NAVN B] had been dreaming about this kitchen since we moved in three years ago. She was happy, I was happy. Everything went so great after we moved to New York.
I’d got the promotion that I wanted so badly, and [NAVN B] had got her dream apartment. We had been planning to get married this summer, and hopefully we can get on a honeymoon some place in Europe.
The toaster was finished, so I gobbled down the bread, took/put on my clothes, and went out the door.
A morning rush hour has been launched as usual. I sat into the car and started up the engine, and I arrived at the center around 08.15.
I reached my office on 40th floor, and started reading my emails. My coworkers and quite a few other people are present at the time, such as my neighbor [NAVN A] and my coworker [NAVN C].
